So it’s this week peppers are showing stress from the Nor’easter 8-10 days ago. A lot of pepper and leaf drop.
“Royal burgundy” beans? More like black. 😄
In other news, I ordered 16 new varieties of pepper for next year and another grower wants to trade seeds with me. Someone needs to save me from myself. 😭🤣

@jblue@mastodon.world I feel you urge. We don't even eat peppers but at one point more than half the poly tunnel was given over to them. They are such beautiful plants

@jblue@mastodon.world Looks like a nice colorful haul. I just collected our (probably last for this year) habanero peppers. We've already dried our cayenne for powder (it smells/tastes heavenly). But not sure what I want to do with the habaneros... Maybe just dry for flakes. I don't feel like making anything more advanced :-)
