@jblue@mastodon.world Looks like a nice colorful haul. I just collected our (probably last for this year) habanero peppers. We've already dried our cayenne for powder (it smells/tastes heavenly).
But not sure what I want to do with the habaneros... Maybe just dry for flakes. I don't feel like making anything more advanced :-)

@drizzy@cyberplace.social some people freeze them if they don’t like the dried pepper flavor. ❤️ (Put them on a parchment paper-lined baking tray spaced out so not touching, then set in freezer for several hours. Once all frozen, put in freezer safe bags. This keeps their form and prevents them sticking together.)
