"Between 2000 and 2023, between zero and 17 cases of human plague were reported in the U.S. each year, according to the most recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention."
Questions about whether Russia's "up to something" might be valid, but the existence of plague alone isn't much to go on.

I have been meaning to delete WhatsApp from my phone, but since I never used it, it just wasn't in my face.
Reason for deleting account? "Because fuck Meta" of course.
I have an anti-ai 13yo who had his first taste of digital logic in school this past year, and he wants to start building some things in Roblox or Minecraft so I would like to find something that has plans that are explained, show how it works, etc. Building small well explained circuits. YT has videos, but most seem to be "dig this and put this here" videos with the "how" but not the "why"

Absolutely normal in lots of places. I bought a house here and an on a knowledge worker visa. I knew people in the USA on work visas that bought houses, etc etc. It may be a risk that the bank takes into account, but it's completely possible.

We inherited a 4kWh install when we bought our house in 2023, and I really enjoyed the feedback into the grid for reducing my electricity costs.
I installed a house battery, though, because my country (NL) is changing the way selling electric works, making it much less attractive.
With all the solar here, electricity prices in the middle of the day often go negative due to oversupply, so I can act as a capacitor for the grid and charge rent.

Not from Scotland or the UK, so my knowledge of this election is wafer thin, and this is an honest question.
