I maintain a thread on avoiding ads during watch parties (I'm not an expert, just a few things I've come across or been told about), so I'm curious:

What platform do you watch Tubi on?
Have you tried any ad-blocking methods in the thread? Others?
If so, what was the result?

Watch party fans: avoid disruption from ads in streaming films by using FIREFOX + UBLOCK ORIGIN for practically everything (YouTube, Tubi, Prime, Plex, Fawesome, Mometu etc) FREETUBE for YouTube on Linux, Mac or Windows https://freetubeapp.io/ PLAYLET for YouTube on Roku https://github.com/iBicha/playlet SMARTTUBE for YouTube on Google TV (Please reply if you know more such tips) #MondayActionMovie #KungFuSat #SundayFunnies #Comedon #Monsterdon #FridayThrillerClub #WestWed #WatchParty

This download of The Bat doesn't come with subs, but in my video player, SMPlayer (free-libre, for Linux & Windows), you can right-click, go into the Subtitles menu and choose "Download subtitles from Opensubtitles.com". Picked one of the offerings & now I've got subs! https://www.smplayer.info/ #Monsterdon #SMPlayer #Subtitles
