  Played “Doomsday: The Bunker” at Bust Out Escape Room in Albuquerque, NM. Whuf! We escaped with only *thirty seconds* to spare! But it was a really fun and thematic room with great immersion and some fun puzzles. Staff were friendly and helpful. Glad we went!   Went to a pub trivia night tonight and our team took first place! The theme was classic horror monsters, which is one of the very few trivia topics I am good at, so I consider this an anomaly, but it was fun to actually know some obscure trivia facts and be confident about them for a change! #horror #trivia

  Tonight I had the opportunity to see "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" in a theater, accompanied by live music improvised by the local university's music professors. It was amazing!   So Lindsey Graham is dead. It’s so weird that we get an instant update on his death, with the commensurate “let’s all pray for the family and remember him” stuff, but getting the health status of McConnell is like pulling teeth because it is politically disadvantageous if he dies at the wrong time.   There are 8.3 billion people on Earth. Gartner estimates AI companies will spend $2.5 trillion on AI service in 2026 alone. That works out to AI orgs having to wring an average of over $300 of AI revenue out of EVERY PERSON ON EARTH just to break even in 2026.   Yikes. How did Mattel go from the “Barbie” movie to “Masters of the Universe?” This show is crippling male insecurity in movie form, exactly what “Barbie” was about. Clearly, a producer was working through some stuff. If you’re OK, you don’t take a character out of their fantasy world and send them to Earth to be threatened by a black female HR manager antagonist. Or compliment a woman by calling her a man.
