Leaf harvest: sweet potato leaves, papalo and muscadines. This is the last harvest for muscadines before they start to turn yellow. This is the first round for SP and the papalo got pulled bc the plants broke off from the base in the Nor’easter.
My oven will only accommodate a few trays at a time so I can only collect enough in a day that will fit. It takes around 12h to dry SP leaves at 140F.

3/3 I probably should have mentioned that in order to save space and mason jars, I crush the leaves. They would just get crumbled and crushed anyway before throwing into soups, curries ans pilafs.
