💥 Essential for electronic novices | LED is not an ordinary small bulb! comics Who knows! I always thought LEDs were just little light bulbs 😵‍💫 It turns out that he is a semiconductor giant! 🟡Figure 1 | Unlock the diode family Light-emitting LED | Electric energy → Light energy✨ UV UV LED | Nail Curing | Sterilization and Disinfection 🦠 Ordinary diode | Unidirectional conduction Positive energization turns on the light. Negative energization directly shuts it down! Lighting, screens, and medical devices are everywhere! 🔵 Figure 2 | The Mystery of LED Luminescence + Wiring Lightning Protection Glowing is not magic! Electronic transitions release photons ⚡ 3 quick tips to distinguish positive and negative poles 👇 ✅ Long leg = positive pole | Short leg = negative pole ✅ The flat side of the shell = negative electrode ✅ Connect the internal small electrode to the positive pole ⚠️ Control the voltage and current, otherwise the components will be burned directly! 🔷Figure 3 | PN junction bottom layer dry goods P-type and N-type form a PN junction Electrons + holes collide and release energy 🔥 Three major functions of diodes: Unidirectional conduction | Low power consumption | Ultra-fast response Mobile phones, street lights, and car headlights are all in use! I Built Shree AI OS — A Deterministic AI Runtime for Java 21 After several months of development, I'm releasing the Developer Preview of Shree AI OS, a Java-first AI runtime designed for building intelligent backend applications. Most AI frameworks focus on chatbots. My goal was different: create a reusable runtime that developers can embed directly into Java applications with memory, planning, reasoning, and hybrid retrieval. Why I built it While building Spring Boot applications, I found that adding AI often meant stitching together multiple services. I wanted a deterministic runtime that provides: Hybrid RAG with PostgreSQL pgvectorEpisodic and semantic memoryPlanning and reasoning modulesMulti-agent orchestrationPrivacy-first architectureJava 21 native SDK Architecture The platform follows a layered architecture: Application LayerSDK LayerRuntime OrchestrationKernel ServicesLLM Provider Layer Every request flows through an explainable cognitive pipeline instead of directly calling an LLM. Developer Portal I also built an official documentation website using Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, and Framer Motion. It includes: Architecture documentationSDK referenceQuickstart guideSecurity modelInteractive playground UI Tech Stack Java 21Spring BootPostgreSQL + pgvectorNext.js 16React 19Tailwind CSS 4 Feedback Welcome This is still a Developer Preview, and I'd love feedback from Java and backend developers. Research - “Connecting people and the Earth”: the occupational experience of people with different capabilities participating in an #inclusive horticultural social enterprise "This thesis examines how a #gardening-based social enterprise helps people of all abilities by providing #MeaningfulWork, #SocialConnections, and a #Sense fBelonging. While it highlights the benefits of inclusion and community participation, it also points out challenges like funding and governance that need to be addressed for long-term success. “This thesis explores how an inclusive horticultural social enterprise supports individuals with diverse abilities by providing meaningful work, social connections, and engagement with #nature. Using participatory action research and ethnographic methods, the study examines themes of inclusion, choice, and community participation. Findings highlight both the benefits and challenges of such initiatives, including governance issues and the need to balance social care with financial #sustainability. "The research suggests that #GreenCare social enterprises can help address social exclusion by reducing barriers to participation and fostering #resilience. However, structural and policy changes are necessary to fully integrate these initiatives into broader social and health care systems. The study advocates for more inclusive, community-based approaches that empower individuals while maintaining ethical and environmental sustainability.” Learn more: https://rootinnature.ca/research/connecting-people-and-the-earth-the-occupational-experience-of-people-with-different-capabilities-participating-in-an-inclusive-horticultural-social-enterprise/ #SolarPunkSunday #CommunityGardens #GreenSpaces #InclusiveSpaces #SpendTimeInNature #AccessiblePlaces #BuildingCommunity #AccessibleGardens
