Violazioni anche sui prezzi Ventiseimila litri di carburante non conforme sequestrati, quattro cisterne e altrettante pistole erogatrici sigillate, cinque persone denunciate e nove violazioni sulla trasparenza dei prezzi. È il bilancio di 68 controlli effettuati dalla guardia di finanza insieme all’Agenzia delle dogane e dei monopoli nei distributori di Roma e provincia. Le verifiche hanno seguito due filoni: da una parte la qualità e la quantità dei carburanti venduti, dall’altra il rispetto delle regole sui prezzi. Le fiamme gialle hanno riscontrato la presenza in numerose pompe di benzina di gasolio con un punto di infiammabilità (flash point) inferiore al minimo di legge stabilito (circa 55°C). Questa anomalia, che può portare, oltre a malfunzionamenti ai motori e cali di rendimento, a rischi per la sicurezza nelle fasi di movimentazione del prodotto, è quasi sempre indicativa di una contaminazione o di una miscelazione fraudolenta. Per queste irregolarità sono stati sequestrati oltre 26mila litri di carburante non conforme e posti sotto sequestro quattro cisterne e quattro pistole erogatrici. Cinque responsabili sono stati inoltre denunciati all’autorità giudiziaria per ipotesi di reato legate all’esercizio del commercio e alla sottrazione all’accertamento o al pagamento delle accise. Il secondo filone d’indagine si è invece concentrato sulla regolarità delle tariffe e sulla trasparenza di mercato: qui i finanzieri dei gruppi di Roma, Civitavecchia e Guidonia Montecelio hanno eseguito 34 accertamenti. Il Fatto Quotidiano: Tenta di violentare una ventenne, lei lo respinge e lui la tortura tenendole anche la testa sott’acqua: arrestato grazie all’allarme di un passante Un pomeriggio trascorso insieme a un uomo si è trasformato in un’aggressione di estrema violenza. Una ragazza di 20 anni è stata soccorsa lungo le sponde del fiume Pescia, nell’omonimo comune in provincia di Pistoia, dopo essere stata aggredita da un 38enne. La Polizia di Stato ha eseguito nei suoi confronti, cittadino della Repubblica Dominicana residente a Montecatini Terme e con precedenti specifici, un’ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere. L’uomo è accusato di tortura e tentata violenza sessuale. I due si erano dati appuntamento per trascorrere del tempo insieme. La situazione sarebbe degenerata quando l’uomo ha tentato un approccio di natura sessuale, respinto dalla giovane, cittadina italiana. Secondo la ricostruzione degli investigatori, dopo il rifiuto sarebbe iniziata l’aggressione. La 20enne sarebbe stata trascinata in acqua e sottoposta a una simulazione di annegamento. Una volta riportata a riva, l’uomo l’avrebbe colpita alle gambe con una cintura e con delle pietre e avrebbe spento alcune sigarette sul suo volto. Intervistato su Vanity Fair il giovane attore co-protagonista del film Bunker, dove interpreta un tenebroso scrittore statunitense che attira sguardi e voglie di una sensuale Penelope Cruz, ha spiegato l’origine e il significato di un monologo che recita a poco più di metà del film dove si parla di mortalità, tempo che passa e dell’importanza di affrancarsi dallo sguardo degli altri. “Ciò che mi ha colpito è che il film trasmette un messaggio al tempo stesso molto bello, molto profondo e in fin dei conti molto semplice: tra cento anni probabilmente saremo tutti morti e caduti nell’oblio.
