We're back to this topic again, and I've seen others point out the flaw in the pressure washing gig. (It's just one of the most difficult to get into as a small one-man operation.) Mowing lawns is way easier to get into. Fixing and flipping "broken" lawn mowers is also really easy to get into (9 times out of 10 it's a dirty carb, watch a youtube video and you're ready) You can do both of those on the side and make extra cash. Once I worked up to flipping large commercial mowers, I met spacex and tesla engineers who were cutting grass on the side. The two things go together.
