@VeroniqueB99@mastodon.social Excuse me, Madame ... I do not know what "scroll off" means. Could you please be so kind as to explain this term to us middle-aged people born in the early 1980s? We were busy with being cool, instead of using cool words. (Hooh-hah... dad joke here)

@VeroniqueB99@mastodon.social GenX with mediocre life experience means nothing. I am sorry. I have 25+ years elite military career, academia career as well, and I am business owner of group of companies. Plus, 20+ years Chinese marriage. I should actually put this in my profile ... so what are you actually "way ahead"? Age does not matter, FACTS and ACHIEVEMENTS matter. What are you trying to say?

@VeroniqueB99@mastodon.social Look, darling. This social network is a rather free space where we are not getting constantly flooded with US bullshit politics. You might not believe it - it is in fact not so very much relevant for the rest of the world. You guys go back to prior 1917, and that is good for the rest of the world. Thanks! We are in fact not so interested in this in the EU and in China. Boil your own soup for your bathtub - leave us out of this. Thank you! :)

*schwelgt in Nostalgie*

@hal_pomeranz@infosec.exchange I find the challenge and question fascinating. Yet, what I am trying to figure out - what exactly is the use case to do that?

@hal_pomeranz@infosec.exchange I understood that so far. But what is the point of mounting the same image with different GUIDs? Why exactly would you mount them inside of the same live system w/o assigning UUID? Volume Groups inside of LVM cannot be accessed concurrently. I am by far no expert on data forensic examination / concurrently mounting via LVM, but this is one of the fundamentals. My guess is assigning UUID manually and rescan, so the LVM groups can be reassigned. Heck, that's in fact mindboggling.

Hahahahah

@lobsters@mastodon.social LOL, this is a funny deal. Proxmos cluster omn 5 Raspberry Pis or 10 phones.
