@stux@mstdn.social I don't think you hate people for being financially successful.

@jalefkowit@vmst.io I don't go to that site. A non-partisan approach would be for them to stand up their own instance of Mastodon.

@wtrmt@mastodon.social @chrisnelder@mastodon.energy @QasimRashid@mastodon.social Maybe the thought is invading Venezuela and arresting its dictator was a low risk / low probability of reward gamble.

@TarkabarkaHolgy To prevent outrage fatigue, I would like a news filter that only tells me actionable information about the fascists. I only need to know if I can write a letter to an agency, attend a demonstration, or get out of the way of some violence they're planning. My background is related to information theory. Communicating a certain event transmits no information. An account of Trump saying something offensive or fascistic isn't really news or information. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Information_content

@heidilifeldman@mastodon.social "he keeps their likely further noncompliance in the spotlight." I'm glad lawyers and judges are fighting to save America. I naively want the judges to issue a one-line demand to release everyone who has been incarcerated without a fair trial. If it doesn't happen, we know we have crossed the Rubicon.

@flexghost@mastodon.social I would not have heard of @ZoAndBehold@mstdn.social if it weren't for the bigots in Montana, so I guess we can thank them for that.

@kathygriffin@mstdn.social They'll probably say someone reported you for impersonating someone and followed long-standing policies. Let's see if he reverses the policies and apologizes b/c this was obvious satire, not impersonation. It will show if his promises of openness only apply to things like racism.

@evacide Now it has to be expanded to letting bots be wrong too.

@aparrish 😂

@drewharwell@mastodon.social @donieosullivan@mastodon.ie Twitter is not worth it.

@simonbs@mastodon.social Maybe it's a victim of its own success. The Internet is still there, but there's so much more crap on it.

@oclsc@mstdn.ca @SteveBellovin@infosec.exchange Or he thinks he doesn't want this brand of wokeness in our military. We need to be focused on lethality, not a larger ideological mission, especially not one based on the woke ideas of 17th and 18th century philosophers. The more I think about it, he might actually root for the other side.

@lowqualityfacts@mstdn.social The link isn't working for me. It is unfortunate we have to say that we respect people who are different from us in some minor way. 🏳️‍⚧️
