Normally, a cartridge will hold more ink than a converter. However, with the converter it is more convenient to fill from a bottle and you'll be able to write with your pen immediately. My preference is a converter, just not the bladder one because of the points you mentioned. You probably can get a piston converter for your pen. I am guessing you have a Pilot MR pen, so Con-40 is the converter that will fit.

Putting a feed into a pen flush solution (9 parts distilled water and 1 part ammonia) and putting all of that in an ultrasonic cleaner is your best bet. Another way is to dip the tooth brush into the solution and scrub the feed. Make sure you rinse the feed with water afterward.

If a pen is completely full - chances of leaking are very small - no air to push the ink out. That being said, the safest pen ful of ink to take on airplane is a vacuum filler with a shutoff valve. Other wise, just carry empty pens and traveling ink well. Or just tightly sealed ink samples in a zipped up plastic bag and you'll be fine.😊

Yes, I play. Mostly cash games at 2/5 blinds. I only play livce games. I love looking at the players and making a read. I love a good bluff. I think I am a sportsman because I hate losing and I always play to win. Chess isn't the game I am great at, but I can play. I have a high rating in Russian checkers though.

I am also a naturalized citizen. I've been living here for 28 years. It is getting worse and worse here. Every time you leaving your house, you are gambling with your life and nothing is being done by our elected politicians in congress/senate. If this keeps going this way, maybe people need to think about removing this government structure and start over.

I use Linux phone - FLX1 from FuriLabs - as my main cell phone, I self host few services on an old laptop with Debian server installed. I use alternative services to big tech as much as possible.

I agree. I love a great bluff! When I leave the table, I always think back and analyze how I played and which hands I should've played differently. Stoicism is absolutely important. It took me a minute to get that part. 😂
