Prototype of my garden watering controller.
Esp32 with PWM MOSFET driver and current sense feedback amp.
This drives a solenoid, allowing it to be given a good smack to get it open, then back off the current.
This also allows it to cater for variable bus voltage, as it has a solar charged lead acid for power.
Still need to add moisture sensing and charge control, but its getting there bit by bit.
Well, that's the branches taken care of...
Still some work to do, but getting there.
