@Tony@clew.lol I have the weirdest nicotine withdrawals. I've tried seriously quitting like seven times so I'm sure it's the cause. The first two days I'm a bit testy and tired, but by day three I'm feeling better. I'm fine for another week before I suffer an absolute existential breakdown and it's weeks of clawing myself out of this weird anxious depression. I've tried patches, gum, patches and gum, chantix, every combination of the aforementioned and it's always the same.

@Tony@clew.lol If I could moderate myself I wouldn't have quit, but I was up to two cans of Zyn a day (3mg but still) and just couldn't force myself to ration it out. Anyways, one thing at a time and you're doing great with alcohol friend.

@Tony@clew.lol I quit weed without an issue. I normally take a break from booze for a month or so every year. Quitting carbs and sugar is a bit rough after a month but doable with the occasional cheat day. But every time I try to quit nicotine I go borderline insane. I'm on the patch seven weeks now and I've only resorted to a cigarette three times to keep me from losing my shit completely.
