We have come through Easter, which for me wasn't summed up by chocolate eggs but instead by outlandish, extreme, and very un-Christian threats from Donald Trump. I wondered, though, about the US Christian far right and Easter. Are they aware that Easter comes from the pre-Christian Goddess of the Dawn and the Spring, Eostre (sometimes Ostara)?
