Why are starting them now? Do they need a long time before putting them in the ground or are you in frost free area?

@annakatarina@nicecrew.digital I'm growing them indoors for this iteration so I can control things like light, temperature, and soil moisture. It'll be a fun fall project. Once this is done, I'll likely start a larger and slower-growing variety to put in the ground next spring.
