Caught a new #ransomware case from a client yesterday morning. Worked until around midnight last night. Up at 05:00 this morning (Xmas eve), stumble out of bed in the darkness, step in a cold wet squishy mess on the floor, immediately know it's cat puke... Quietly clean up cat puke without waking the wife, brew a double espresso, seat myself at my "command center", reauth with the dozen or so systems/services that I need access to and continue the investigation/analysis.
