Quite literally the case for me... My tinnitus is the only remaining symptom I still have left over from long covid, and, apart from being irritating, is also quite useful in appearing as an indicator when my system is out of balance in some way :)

@BB@scicomm.xyz Hope I can get there too. For now my tinnitus is one of the least symptoms of my ME/CFS.
