@asap@sloth.es I have another friend with ME/CFS and it clearly has a lot of parallels to long covid. There is a lot I can say on the subject, but I have found through hard experience that it is very difficult to convey the right understanding through words which can only ever point a direction. The way you find yourself will always be the most potent, and much well-meaning advice from doctors, family or friends can be quite counter-productive unfortunately. But let me know if you are ever looking for some fresh inspiration or directions to explore. Wishing you all the very best ♥
