A couple more glamour shots of my #3dprinted #cyberdeck . A few features I haven’t talked about: 1) The keyboard can be used with the deck or hooked up to a PC and used as a normal keyboard. 2) the left usb-c port is wired to GPIO and can be used for modules via I2C or UART (it also has magnets for attaching larger modules more securely 3) the screw holes go all the way through the case for more permanent addition of hardware (for example handles, battery expansion etc)

@andy_warb super super cool build. One thing.. the repo link under "software and OS" is returning a 404 page.

@andy_warb Not sure about the top row of keys. It would be really cool if you could put the battery in a box with a switch underneath, so that it doubles up as a space bar!

@andy_warb that's a nice build, the keyboard is a hard part and so many people go with those little bluetooth things from Aliexpress. I still need to come up with a keyboard solution myself for some Android tablet based things I built a while back. Maybe I'll give tactile switches a go again but make a custom PCB. When I tried ages ago 3D printing sucked for the keycaps but now with the improvements in detail printing it might work.
