@Aviz I have access to some quality (expensive) stuff. Also, my dad has been making his own, and him being a good cook and a mind that likes to experiment has brought some very good bread. >winter Warm bread in the cold... My dad said that the bread fermentation goes better (although slower) in low temperatures. Do you confirm?
