Bethany Cook - Peace Comes With It I want a warm December and parades on the street There’s protests going on outside, can you take the heat? We could run away from it all, find a corner of quiet where we can let our blood simmer down Cause the earth is on fire, we’re climbing over people and gods big in small towns But oh my oh I’ve never seen the stars like this https://youtu.be/kMx4Ra4mGw8 #PeaceAndCalm #JukeboxFridayNight#NZmusic

Before Twitter went with Musk, I had 6000 followers and we chatted about so many different things! Maybe not friends but friendly and mostly constructive. I miss those days. ALIEN WEAPONRY - 1000 Friends Deconstruction of social norms Communication without a voice Defenceless to combat the wave From society that keeps you a slave Save yourself before it sucks you in Disconnected living outside your skin 1000 friends and yet you're all alone Caught in the game lost inside the unknown 1000 friends, alone again https://youtu.be/R-2GKj25lQE#PersonalPlaylist#JukeboxFridayNight#NZmusic

For #JukeboxFridayNight4September2026 let's recognise #Royalty Songs for actual royals or about royalty, and for those artists echoing royals in their names or themes. People in Aotearoa NZ are celebrating "Koroneihana" for the Māori monarch's accession and coronation.Long Live Te Arikinui Kuīni, Nga wai hono i te po. People in Norway mourned for the late King Harald V and are getting used to the new King Haakon VIII. People in other lands with monarchs may revere them Other lands say No Kings. K*Saba and HoneBeGood - Bird of Paradise A couple of the lesser known affiliates of the whole Young Gifted & Broke crew (most famously Homebrew, @Peace, etc.). Wellington producer / Auckland MC. Not that much hip-hop wanders off into looping acoustic instruments and such. K*Saba has done a bunch of theatre work and it shows (in a good way). #JukeboxFridayNight #Birds #NZMusic
