1. On leaving home, bike computer announced low battery in right shifter, battery lasted for a 5 hour ride.

1a. Nobody who follows me will waste their time sharing their opinions about electronic gear shifting on bicycles.

1b. Replacement batteries are available from 50%Ords, B *** and *** Q, and Scroothicks.

1. Seatpost stayed where it was put after I had to replaced the cracked seatpost clamp.

2. Lots of cycle path, some of it segregated, for the busiest parts of this morning's gloomy and wet commute.
