Governor Panetta, in the report accompanying the presentation of the Bank of Italy’s budget, warns of the risks stemming from ongoing conflicts, which could devastate the fragile equilibria of Europe and Italy that had just been restored. A warning to Meloni: “The effects will last well beyond the end of the conflict.”
