In Switzerland, 8% energy was saved in October, 6% in November, and for December some data seems to be still missing, as 27% is simply not plausible. Thanks to continued #electricity #imports from #Germany and #France despite the #WarmWinter, the #reservoirs are still very full for the time of year. This means that #Switzerland has solid #hydropower reserves even if #energy shortages should arise at this point. #DataViz

I have a few favorite #watchfaces on my old #Pebble #smartwatch and each one emphasizes a different level of #time. “Mondaine” is precise to the second — perfect for public transport running on time. “PolarDot” displays the minutes as arc ―  good for timing busy schedules. “SunFlower” shows 12 hours, divided into 4×3 5-minute blocks — great to keep an overview of the day. “Horizon” divides the day into #daytime and #nighttime — very useful for the #outdoors (and for #photography). #DataViz
