  You can turn on any MLB game and find a couple guys with a 100+ mph fastball. As a kid in the 80s and 90s, I remember 96+ being remarkable, now everyone throws 96.   I benched 300lbs (136kg) for the first time ever yesterday. It's one of those "relatively few people on the planet can do this" type of achievements and I'm really proud of myself. I started going to the gym consistently a year ago, my bench press went from 185lbs to 300lbs in that span. Life's been hard the last few years, but achieving the weight goal and the consistency needed to achieve it helps me feel less lost...
