    “They’re going to come in, and they’re going to say, ‘Sir, we are sorry.,” Trump said today about Canada. And he&amp;#39;s right. We&amp;#39;re sorry we live next to people who would elect someone like him. Sorry it&amp;#39;s taking so long to extract our economy from that of the U.S. Sorry that we&amp;#39;re never going to cross that border any more, or visit with friends in the States. Definitely not sorry for anything Trump might think we should be sorry for.

    US owner Cleveland-Cliffs is laying off about 500 at Canadian steel company Stelco, in apparent violation of conditions it agreed to for Canada to allow it to purchase the company. The CEO of Cleveland-Cliffs is a huge supporter of both Trump and his 50% tariffs on Canadian steel. Worth asking if Trump is now deploying his industrialist buddies who own Canadian companies as a new front in his economic war against Canada.

Now tell me the United States is not waging war on Canada (without, for now, deploying troops)
