I wish this alarm clock would quit telling me what to do

@sortius Well, we'd love to hear your very specific plans to change the minds of 150 million people. Peaceful protest doesn't impress you. What do you propose? That's a grumpy response, but when you're an average person, what are you supposed to do? That's what we're living with. A lot of people hate what's going on and don't love that you're writing us off. I will honestly accept suggestions.

@sortius form small cells and disrupt what? I don't work in a factory or the government. The sabotage handbook says things like "make things take longer than they should." Nobody cares if my design job takes longer. The handbook was great in 1940s wartime economy. What does a cell of five people do in a bureaucratic information-services society? I want to know! People have been thinking about it for years and haven't come up with anything effective.

@_elena@mastodon.social with a VPS, do you worry you don't fully own your data since it lives on someone else's servers?
