    @tknarr@mstdn.social The funny thing is that my dad feels he is entitled to the property. There was a malpractice lawsuit when my mom died and I was given a structured settlement. My dad was sooOOooo gracious (sarcasm) and didn&#39;t take any of the settlement money so he feels he is entitled to the property my mom left me. He&#39;s horrible, right?

    I received a phone call from a law office yesterday. Apparently when my mother passed away she left me property that she owned with my dad. The law office contacted me to ask me to take my name off the deed. I&#39;ve been #nocontact with my parents for over 5 years now. I honestly don&#39;t remember if I&#39;ve been told about this property at all. Would it be worth fighting them on this? Is it worth going to court to get my dad&#39;s name off the deed?     This is a long shot but, I&#39;m looking for a specific artist. I used to follow them on Instagram and I&#39;ve totally forgotten their handle (there&#39;s no way I&#39;d remember their real name either). There&#39;s a specific painting that I remember very well, it&#39;s of a pair of headlights illuminating a garage door. The garage door is ajar and a pair of horse legs can be seen standing in a pool of blood. The artists uses a lot of shadow and negative space in their art. Sometimes featur...

    @magpie@norcal.social I ended up finding something! GLDN.com. They specialize in 10k gold jewelry and vermeil which is exactly what I was looking for. I would love to see what you recommend for artists though :] I&#39;ve been really into charms lately and I love paperclip chains, although I don&#39;t own any yet haha.
