In South #Sudan, #Africa’s poorest and conflict-ridden country, governor of Jonglei State moves in convoy of countless expensive SUVs. Despite oil wealth, basic services are inexistent. The country imports everything including items like soap. Millions of refugees outside, especially in Kakuma #Kenya.
