#Homebrew update: The ginger #mead turned out pretty well. Spicy and not to sweet. My #cider batches on the other hand just won't stop fermenting so I'll need to sweeten them once fermentation has finished. The #raw ale with Huell Melon #hops is bottled and turned out very good. Thank you @Brudi Bräu for bringing this hops up. It was a good decision to dry hop my juniper #kveik a little. It had some kind of weird chewing gum taste to it which is gone now. Unfortunately it did not come to my mind to dry hop my spruce shoot #ale so it has a weird flavour to it, just like the juniper kveik before I added the dry hops but it is drinkable and maybe with some maturing it will get better. All in all I am pretty satisfied with my creations. Next up: Ginger #beer.
