I want to try this now except also roll it in barbecue rub and put it in the smoker

Place up north used to do heartstopper hotdogs, was a smokie split , wedge of cheese in the middle, wrapped with bacon, battered, deepfried, on a large bun with chili and liquid nacho cheese and lots of onions.
