@morgan@sfba.social @MLE_online@social.afront.org @ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org If there's one thing I'm glad I didn't have when I was a kid, it's a bike that weighs practically nothing and has 100% torque available from 0 RPM.  I feel like that's gonna get more people hurt/killed than a bike with a high top speed would, honestly.  If someone's going way too fast, they know exactly what they're doing and they're alert.  As soon as you trade that for acceleration, people stop paying attention.
