Elon Musk's response to Ukraine apparently admitting cutting off Starlink was intentional and placing the blame on the US Military and Trump:
Elon Musk: Starshield systems are owned and controlled by the US government. Any limits on speed or usage are decided by the US military and ultimately POTUS.
Starlink is a commercial service owned and controlled by SpaceX. Usage of Starlink is limited to civilian or defensive activities and cannot be used for offensive military action...

This reply raises the following questions: 1) Is Musk saying that the US military and/or Trump ordered him to suspend Starlink Starshield service to an ally at war without giving any notice? 2) Does the second paragraph mean that SpaceX unilaterally and independent of US government directive, is now restricting Ukraine to no longer use regular commercial Starlink for offensive weaponry?
