On the rails again... #Interrail #CrossBorderRail Today, @wendy and I are going on the long slog back home to Barcelona. Today’s Itinerary: https://moof.space/trip/2026-10-16 I was supposed to get a TER direct to Marseille-St. Charles, but I missed it due to the access gates at Nice-Ville not being able to read Interrail. I found a person hanging around in front of the gates who pointed me at a totem that would call the gate control. It required a little percussive maintenance to work. As such, I made it to the platform just as my train was leaving. I did actually plan to leave Nice an hour earlier than I needed to, to avoid possible delays, so it hasn’t ruined my day. In the meantime, on the suggestion of @bovine3dom, I’m heading to Cannes to wait there for my next train, which is on the same line. Will I get a laurel wreath?
