Anybody left at Kash Patel's #FBI would probably betray the country if it were advantageous, but they're having doubts. LOTS of people are having all kinds of doubts about going along with any kind of ham fisted attempt to stop the #midterms. This is because the people fought back. It's abundantly clear we will not back down if they try to use the FBI to seize ballots in Georgia. This isn't to say that we aren't going to have a fight, just that our side is going into it with firm resolve and the vast majority of the country on our side. Even most MAGAs expect the election result to be respected at this point. They're going into the fight with an ever dwindling number of people who are increasingly eyeing the exits. I said that would happen.

@MaryAustinBooks@mstdn.social Trump has wrought so much destruction in so short a time that much of govt will have to be melted down and recast, if the Liberty Bell is to ring again. That's a job for thousands, meticulously prepared and done. It won't happen over the course of a single administration. The people will have to make sure the Dems are up to it. Repeatedly.
