@byterhymer@mastodon.social @jnazario@infosec.exchange Ha yeah, we were trying to buy a bigger house for my growing family and I figured the deal was going to go thru so I put in the initial deposit. Got all my money back when the deal fell apart so it was no harm/no foul. Bought a bigger house later. :)

@mroesch@mstdn.social Aye, I seem to recall things working out OK eventually; but that moment is hard for me to forget. Nice to see you on here though! I think the last time we crossed paths in person was at a bar maybe around some RSA Conf a decade+ ago? The friend whom I introduced you to that night I haven't seen in years either but I still recall your joke along the lines of: "We make half assed solutions to intractable problems and some pay us a LOT of money for them" fondly. ^_^ @jnazario@infosec.exchange
