It's rather too late to do much about it anymore. Tried really hard during my last gig but ended up fucking myself. I really am very good at what I do, but that turns out to not mean much. If your managers all decide to toss focus on your tech skills and instead spend a lot of effort trying to get you to develop your soft skills...
