It's also best to only post about information that is credible, as in the post you linked it says "The claims have not been confirmed and it is unclear what the nuclear codes would be used for should they be accessed." Finally, there is no need to include a short url as all URL's on Mastodon are only counted as 23 characters (https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/posting/#links).
