Nixon was the beginning of the right-wing coup against America. Roger Ailes (the Fox News aka Unofficial Propaganda Network guy) was Nixon’s media aide. Redid his image from his 1960 loss. Key to the coup. It’s interesting that they’re choosing to rehabilitate him now. It’s a weird card to play. If you believe, as I do, that fascist movements are more or less a forest fire, and that “grievances” are the fuel for that fire, then “rehab Nixon” is really “mine the Nixon issue for grievance fuel.”

Can’t tell if this is sourced bt tRump’s fear/vanity, or Peter Theil’s malice. Trump is pro-crime, but not cogent. Peter Theil is running everything.
