@jbaggs height is the msot important factor with low powered LoRa. You really need LOS at 900 MHz. It worked well.

@bud_t I was expecting it was that sort of issue. You also seem to be out in an area (plains) where you can really get good line of site with a mast. (I'm down in a mountain valley hole in my static location.)
