Some days I forget that not everyone has the same gut bacteria. I am so very happy eating all over South and Southeast Asia. Not everyone in Singapore is like this. I have forged my gut of steel through three decades of exposure, constant street food eating, and just generally spending copious amounts of time in my many parts of my favorite parts of the world. My friends have photos of random aunties I don’t know in India and Indonesia putting food in my mouth. In a train. In a bus. On the street.I just love it all (and have no allergies)
