My pharmacy also sends multipart emails and the text part of just HTML with HTML Entity escaping so it's a soup of <span>Foo.

@trysdyn@electric.marf.space one time we got a multipart email from our medical system where the HTML part was as intended and the text part was a completely different email about a doctor (who we have never seen) being let go for misconduct. it's always slightly difficult to explain these problems to people who aren't as email-brained as us
