Featuring our speakers: Taneli Kaivola Taneli “Dist” Kaivola is a hacker, software developer and information security professional with more than 20 years of experience in programming and a decade in security consulting. He currently works at the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom, building tools for Finland’s National Cyber Security Centre. Taneli has been part of the Finnish hacker community for decades and is the founder of KyberVPK, a volunteer collective of security professionals established to help organizations facing cyber incidents. His interests range from incident response and security research to low-level programming, cloud infrastructure, electronics and the hacker culture that brought him into the field in the first place. He believes curiosity, sharing knowledge and asking questions are at the heart of both hacking and learning.
