@thisislieven@c.im Was asked to rate both my ambulance ride to the emergency room, and my time in the emergency room.
It is capitalism. All businesses are so insecure about maybe not making the most possible money that they will extrude everyone into a paste to discover where the money comes from.

@troublewithwords@wandering.shop I once had a really funny (and capable) first responder while I lay flat in the back of an ambulance. Would have rated him 10/10. But yes, it's insanity. Especially in such a situation. I guess there's indeed a motive to figure out how they can milk even more out of us, some data harvesting too I guess, but to me this only means shunning these companies/services as much as I can.
