Standard injection guides / training materials make it seem way more complicated than it is. Just stick to the "safe" injection areas, use a thin needle (25g - 30g), inject vertically, use the pinch-pull technique, and avoid scars, stretch marks, obvious blood vessels, and hair follicles.

If possible, buy injection supplies from a medical supplier instead of a pharmacy. They're cheaper, come in bulk, allow you to pick the exact needle size you want, and are far less likely to be out of stock when you need a refill. Some locations have restrictions on this, but you can just get an out-of-state friend to place an order for you.

@hazelnoot@enby.life Question about lactation: 2.5 years on subq EEn, and off and on rectal progesterone (always depending on availability of product and money), all purely DIY and very happy with the effects. I do manage to lactate, but only very small drops. I would like more though. I remember having read that sudden drops or overall low E levels can induce lactation, though I want to call bullshit on that. Is it sufficient to use a breast pump regularly to tell the body to "please do something", or do i need to do something about hormone levels? Maybe ride a higher E dose for a while before going back to normal (basically simulate a pregnancy)?
