Earlier this year I left #instagram because it suddenly dawned on me what a disgusting place it was. Reading about what #meta is now doing to #nokings movement leaves goosebumps on my skin. Was #Facebook not the champion of Arab spring, the Hong Kong protests and Occupy? What happened? We should collectively ditch the tech that has inserted themselves into our lives and made us depend on them only to extract value.
