Microsoft Teams is a joke. Or in my workplace a jke. Users can add custom words to the dictionary for the company. Only admins can remove them from the central user dictionary. Someone misspelled joke as jke and clicked add to dictionary and now it's a valid spelling for the whole company. Knowing this is fun, you can add all sorts of common misspellings to the company spellcheck in Teams creating lots of badly worded messages due to the spell checker not highlighting the misspellings any more.
