People really don't know what to do with, "I developed health problems and wanted to live somewhere nice" when they ask why I moved to Kaua'i. I used to fudge the answer (I'm a Midwesterner and making people uncomfortable is kinda against the rules there) but don't bother anymore. Ask a personal question, get a personal answer.

@brianvastag@mas.to I'm very sorry about the health problems and glad you got yourself to Kaua'i. I've only been there once, many years ago, but I thought it was the most beautiful place I'd ever seen.
