@n1ck@beige.party @ScienceDesk@flipboard.social It's part of the delay we suffered due to the "sun tax": serving the power companies' interests, the government of the previous PM, Mariano Rajoy, imposed taxes on solar panels and infrastructure that meant we have had about a decade of lost renewable power improvements.
